“PUTTING SENIOR HUNGER ON ICE” HOCKEY GAME
The 2025 “Putting Senior Hunger on Ice” hockey game was a huge success for Meals on Wheels Metro Boise! Over $39,000 was raised for our organization and the thousands of seniors we serve. We're so thankful for Boise State Hockey Club's support with this annual event, as well as the team and the University of Denver Hockey Club for their time volunteering at the Dick Eardley Senior Center.

Since Meals on Wheels Metro Boise and the “Putting Senior Hunger on Ice” hockey game began their relationship in 2011, we have raised over $400,000. That means over 80,000 meals have been provided for our senior citizens right here in the Treasure Valley thanks to the support of our great community!
